Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel is a solid mid-range hotel in which many rooms have a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Clean, quiet, and air-conditioned, with modern decor. There’s a terrace garden and on-site restaurant and bar, to boot. Located on the border of the 15th and 7th arrondissements, close to the Seine, Eiffel Tower, and public transport.

- Taxi: Airport taxis to central Paris are charged at a flat rate. Fare from Charles de Gaulle Airport is €60, fare from Orly Airport is €35.
- Private Transfer: We use and recommend Welcome Pickups car service. Booking through a private car service will cost only a bit more than a taxi – about €65 from CDG and €57 from Orly, but can be worth it to avoid the long taxi queue and for the convenience of paying ahead.

- View: Some Privilege-class rooms have incredible views of the Eiffel Tower.

- When To Book: Because of its great location, this hotel books fast. Book at least a month in advance, especially for travel between April and October, and in December.

- Restaurant: The bright and modern Le Jardin restaurant serves international cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner, Noon to 11:30pm daily. It opens to an outdoor terrace in warmer months. Children’s menu available.
- Lounge/Bar: The 2nd floor bar area has a foosball table, as well as couches and a television for sports viewing.
- Breakfast: A good buffet breakfast is available each morning for an additional fee.
- Room Service: Available from morning until late evening.
