Pullman Bangkok Hotel G – The Hotel

The hotel is prominently located on Silom road, about a kilometer from the expressway exit.

The modern lobby and reception staffed by the smartly-dressed executives set the vibe for the rest of the hotel.

The Playground Bar in the lobby serves great coffee, alcoholic beverages, and light bites from 25 Degrees next door.

The lobby has an interesting décor and 3 swinging seats which are extremely popular round the clock.

The G Deluxe Rooms are pure white, trendy, and chic. All rooms feature king beds and full-length windows. (This room was decorated to surprise a guest on their birthday.)

Each room comes with a mini-bar, coffee machine, and hot water kettle.

The white theme is duplicated in the bathroom, which features a bathtub and separate glass shower area.

The G Deluxe Rooms are located on higher floors and offer excellent views of the neighborhood.

Executive Rooms are similar to Deluxe G Rooms, but have a dark, wooden décor, and complimentary access to the Executive Lounge.

The marble bathrooms come with bathtubs and separate shower areas.

The fantastic G Suites have separate living rooms with large, comfortable sofas.

There is a nice bar area on one side. The suites are decorated with lots of interesting memorabilia.

In another corner is a small dining area with a huge painting.

The bedrooms are white and feature king beds and full-length windows.

The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower area.

The small pool is located on the 5th floor and is good enough to cool off in the heat.

Several sunbeds are located on the pool deck.

The pool bar serves the pool area from a menu of drinks, salads, and light snacks.

The EnerGy gym overlooks the pool and is fairly large and well-equipped with modern machines.

A separate room has weights and fitness balls, and can also be used for yoga or aerobics.

The Anne Semonin Spa on the 4th floor is opulent and offers several treatments, massages, and salon services.

The design and décor of the spa is very indulgent.

Pullman G is known for its bespoke meeting rooms. Gallery 36 on the 36th floor is a New York-style meeting area with 4 rooms and an art gallery that features works of local artists for free.

25 Degrees is open 24/7 and serves excellent burgers and American fare. It’s located right by the hotel entrance, and has a small outdoor section where smoking is permitted.

The interior of the restaurant is chic American and very cozy.

Scarlett is the hotel’s signature fine-dine restaurant on the 37th floor, open only in the evenings, and specializing in French cuisine.

The outdoor area of the restaurant is extremely popular, and offers fantastic views of the city.

The restaurant has a collection of over 250 wines from around the world.

A large Starbucks outlet is located just under Saravana Bhavan.

Street vendors on both sides of the hotel sell everything from noodle soups to barbecued meats, juices, and fruits.

A lot of the vendors also sell a variety of souvenirs.

This massage parlor at the junction near the BTS station is always crowded, especially at night. Value for money Thai foot massages.

Right opposite the massage parlor is a SuperRich outlet. SuperRich offers possibly the best exchange rates in Bangkok.

The BTS Skytrain and the underground MRT are the most efficient options to commute in Bangkok.

Multicolored metered taxis can be found all over the city, and are a popular and cool way to travel.

While a lot of fun, tuk tuks do not have meters, so bargain hard.

Motorcycle taxi riders wear orange jackets. Also fun, but can be dangerous in Bangkok’s maniacal traffic.

Red and green public buses ply all over the city. The bus stop is right outside the hotel.
