Apartments in the City Center. Our favorite place for families to stay in Ho Chi Minh City has a great location, large rooms, and beautiful amenities. These One- to three-bedroom apartments have a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a washing machine. There’s so much to do (some require an extra charge), like a barbecue pit, tennis court, and a large fitness room with Aerobics, yoga, and a Jacuzzi. Kids have a few choices to play inside or outside at the children’s playground and play area. The large outdoor swimming pool offers lounge chairs and a separate kids wading pool. If you’re not up for leaving the grounds, there’s an Intercontinental breakfast (for an additional fee), a convenience store, and an on-call doctor, and it’s walkable to the Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

What’s nice about the Holiday Inn is that it’s close to the airport and outside the city center. There are many room options, some with connecting doors, others with one bedroom, but if you need an extra crib, some rooms don’t offer that, so pay attention when reserving. Rooms provide a view of the pool or city. Manja Manja Restaurant serves a mix of international and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Next to the pool is the Lobby Lounge, and there’s a daily breakfast buffet each morning. There’s a large outdoor swimming pool, kids club, fitness center, and an airport shuttle. It’s about 4 miles from the Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
