Good location on Banff Avenue within walking distance of shops and restaurants (5 minutes). Opt for rooms at the back as road-facing rooms can be noisier. Set on Banff Avenue a 7-10 minute walk into downtown Banff, this hotel offers unpretentious, affordable, clean, bi-level loft units (families of 5 or 6) with mini-fridges, and coffeemakeres. Be aware that this hotel lacks a pool. It does have a large jacuzzi whirlpool, sauna and a steamroom. Offers a whirlpool, steam room and sauna, 1 restaurant (pizzeria), underground parking (limited) and complimentary breakfast.

Older hotel, located a 10 minute walk away from downtown Banff, offering dated but clean, reasonably priced family suites (family of 6) with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and games table. Rooms at the back are quieter and rooms facing Banff Avenue have lovelier views. Hotel has no pool. Amenities include one 8-person hot tub, a 4 person-sauna, complimentary parking (limited) and a ski room & lockers.
