- Open October 2020.
- Located in downtown Las Vegas, north of the Strip.
- Adults-only sports-themed casino resort with 777 rooms and suites over 35 stories. Rooms have art deco-themed custom curated artwork and a tablet for booking in-resort reservations, and range from basic King configurations to swanky suites or “bunk pads” that accommodate 4.
- The amphitheater-style “Stadium Swim” pool deck includes 6 pools over 3 levels with a 40-foot-tall outdoor screen for sports viewing.
- 2-level casino with 1,350 slot machines and 55 table games.
- The world’s biggest sportsbook: it can accommodate up to 1,000 fans (up to 350 people seated) and has a 3-story hi-def screen playing games and odds boards. Private boxes are available for groups.
