Paros has seen a boom in new luxury hotels, and many now compete with Mykonos for design and high-end amenities, including private pools. Like on other islands, “private pool” can mean anything from a small plunge pool to a full-sized swimming area.

Key Things to Consider Before Booking
• Pool Type: A “private pool” is often a small, unheated plunge pool (or even an “outdoor hot tub”) meant for a quick dip, not for swimming. Hotels like Cosme or Summer Senses will have larger options.
• Heating: Assume the pool is not heated unless the hotel explicitly states it. If you are traveling in May, June, or September, an unheated pool will be very cold.
• Location: The new luxury hotels are concentrated around Naoussa, but there are other excellent options near Parikia and on the more remote southern beaches.

1. Hotels Near Naoussa

This is the chic, high-end center of Paros, full of boutiques and excellent restaurants. These hotels are either in the town or a very short drive away.

Cosme, a Luxury Collection Resort

The Vibe: The absolute top-tier luxury hotel in Paros. It’s located on Agioi Anargyroi beach, an easy walk from the center of Naoussa. Impeccable design, service, and a private beach club.

Private Pools: The top-level “Astro” and “Cosmos” suites feature beautiful, private plunge pools, many with sea views. These are some of the best on the island.

Cove Paros

The Vibe: A chic, 5-star boutique hotel, also on Agioi Anargyroi beach and walkable to Naoussa. It has a beautiful main pool and its own serviced beach area.

Private Pools: The “Cove Signature Suites” are the top room categories and come with their own private swimming pools on spacious terraces.

Avant Mar

The Vibe: A brand new, modern 5-star hotel located directly on Piperi Beach, just a 5-minute walk from Naoussa. It’s home to the island’s Nobu restaurant.

The Vibe: A high-design, minimalist luxury hotel set inland, a short drive from Naoussa and Kolymbithres Beach. It is very quiet, exclusive, and feels like a sanctuary.

2. Hotels Near Parikia (West Coast)

These hotels are near the island’s port town and offer fantastic sunset views over the water.

Mythic Paros (Adults Only)

The Vibe: A stylish, adults-only hotel set on a hill above Agia Irini beach (a 10-15 minute drive from Parikia). It has a great main pool and a romantic, quiet atmosphere.

Private Pools: Many of its best suites (including the “Cave Suites”) offer either a private pool or an outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic sea and sunset views.

Paros Palace

The Vibe: A well-located hotel on a hill just outside Parikia, offering stunning views over the bay and town. It’s quiet but still walkable to the port.
