The 8 Best Hotels for Families in Cannes, France
Cannes was one of our favorite places to stay during our trip around South France. Great for families.
1. Radisson Blu 1835

Modern hotel offering stylish family rooms (up to 4 people) with sofa beds, Japanese toilets, playstations, kids games, free access to a kids club and balconies with garden or sea views. Has 2 restaurants (including a rooftop restaurant & bar with spectacular views), 2 bars, a sprawling 2,700 sq m Thalasso & spa, with indoor & outdoor seawater swimming pools, jacuzzi and hammam. Good location within 5 mins walking distance of the city center, close to the old town and many bars, restaurants etc. There’s a beach nearby too.
2. Hôtel Martinez

Set on the Croisette boulevard, steps away from the beach, offers sumptuous, well-maintained suites (up to 4 people) with Art Déco & contemporary touches, with kitchenettes, jacuzzis, saunas and terraces (bay and boulevard views). Also offers a penthouse suite (1-4 bedrooms). Hotel has complimentary yoga classes, a private beach, 4 restaurants (including 1 Michelin star restaurant), a bar, beach club with sun loungers & a pier, kids’ club, parking (fee) and an outdoor, heated swimming pool. Great location, minutes from the Palais des Festivals and 2 km away from the Cannes train station.
3. Eden Hotel & Spa

Brilliantly located, mid-range hotel offering well-maintained family rooms and penthouses with terraces (up to 4 people) with mini-bars & coffee facilities. Penthouses offer great bay views. Has a restaurant/bar, breakfast buffet (fee), parking (fee), 2 pools (indoor & outdoor), spa with a hammam & jacuzzi. Hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to La Croisette street, with many cafes, shops and more in the surrounding side streets.
4. La Bastide De L’Oliveraie

Charming 4-star hotel offering excellent-value-for-money rooms with lovely interiors, kitchenettes, Nespresso coffee machines and balconies. Room types include family classic rooms (family of 4, small sitting rooms, sofabeds), junior suites, and family privilege rooms (family of 6 with interconnecting bedrooms). Has a bar, spa with hammam and garden. (No restaurant). There’s also a large pool, jacuzzi and solarium on the rooftop with great views of the Cannes town. The La Croisette boulevard is a 15 minute walk away.
5. Hotel Des Congres Et Festivals

No-frills hotel, offering clean, basic family rooms (up to 4 people) with mini-bars and bunk beds. Located 10 minutes away from the promenade, with plenty of restaurants, shops etc. nearby.
6. Golden Tulip Hotel de Paris

Downtown hotel with stylish soundproofed suites (up to 4 people) and balconies overlooking the granite-tiled pool. Request the renovated suites. Offers a pool with sunbeds, breakfast buffet and a bar. (No restaurant). Great location with many landmarks within walking distance – Shopping at Rue d’Antibes (5 mins), Palace of Festivals & Congress Hall (15 mins). The old town and the beach are also nearby.
7. Club Maintenon

Unassuming apartment hotel, offering dated but great value, large, clean apartments (family of 3) with kitchenettes (refrigerators, glass-ceramic hotplates) and coffeemakers. Also has 1 apartment with sofabeds that can sleep a family of 5. Has one restaurant & one bar, terrace with bay views, sun deck and underground parking (fee). Good location, less than a 10 min walk away from the harbor and the Palais De Festival.
8. Cannes Montfleury

Set a little out of the town center (10-15 minute walk), this functional hotel, offers pleasant, family rooms (up to 4 people) with coffee making facilities and terraces. Two kids under 16 get free breakfast and free stay when accompanying adults. Has a restaurant, bar, play area, kids’ menu, an outdoor swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Operates a complimentary shuttle to the city center.
