Bebop sits on the west side of Parikia village with an unobstructed view of the sun sinking into the sea from the rooftop terrace and balcony. The bartenders are highly skilled, mixing signature and classic cocktails that are equally delicious and photogenic. Strong wine and beer selection, too. Though best-known for the sunset view, Bebop is also an amazing brunch spot with offering sweet and savory dishes, excellent coffee, and views of the ferries gliding to and from the port. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m.

The chilled-out music mixed with the sound of gentle waves creates a low-key, romantic vibe. Cocktails are expertly mixed and the wine list features plenty of local varieties. Fotis is also well-known for its breakfast, brunch, and light fare menu with vegan options. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.

Original and classic cocktails are mixed using fresh, local fruits and herbs. Order off the menu or ask the bartender to create a custom drink to your own taste – they are happy to experiment off-menu. Though cocktails are the specialty, the bar also has a great selection of Greek wine and beer. Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. (Sundays from 7:00 p.m.)

This is an excellent spot for trying souma, the local Parian spirit, as well as raki, ouzo, local wine, and Greek beers. Drinks are generally served with a complimentary light snack, while larger meze plates are available for purchase. Live rebetiko music (kind of like Greek blues) a couple of nights a week, especially in summer. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Arrive early to snag a seat on the balcony for the best views of the fishing boats, village life, and the sunset. Expect great local beer and wine, plus refreshing cocktails made with locally-sourced ingredients. Open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.

It’s low lighting, brick archways, and cozy seating evoke the feel of a pirate hideout, without being kitschy. Drinks are crafted around local ingredients and homemade syrups. Try the Double Cross (like a bourbon-based piña colada) or the Toucan (made with mastiha, a Greek liqueur from natural mastic tree resin). The outdoor patio offers romantic sea views. Expect great beer and good spirits but terrible cocktails. Music tends to be classic rock, with some blues and jazz mixed in. In the morning, the bar serves healthy and hearty breakfast, lunch, smoothies, and coffee with a relaxed, homey atmosphere. In the evenings, Sativa offers a party atmosphere with loud music (anything from EDM to rock to funk), dancing, and king-sized cocktails. Open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. on Sundays.

Moraitis produces a wide range of Greek favorites, including Assyrtiko and Mandilaria, along with wines highlighting rare, native Parian grapes. Open daily for tastings and food pairings from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closer into the village, Moraitis has also opened a new wine bar, Moraitis Vinothéque, open daily from 6:30 p.m. until late.
