Bebop sits on the west side of Parikia village with an unobstructed view of the sun sinking into the sea from the rooftop terrace and balcony. The bartenders are highly skilled, mixing signature and classic cocktails that are equally delicious and photogenic. Strong wine and beer selection, too. Though best-known for the sunset view, Bebop is also an amazing brunch spot with offering sweet and savory dishes, excellent coffee, and views of the ferries gliding to and from the port. The chilled-out music mixed with the sound of gentle waves creates a low-key, romantic vibe. Cocktails are expertly mixed and the wine list features plenty of local varieties. Original and classic cocktails are mixed using fresh, local fruits and herbs. Though cocktails are the specialty, the bar also has a great selection of Greek wine and beer. Open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. (Sundays from 7:00 p.m.)

This is an excellent spot for trying souma, the local Parian spirit, as well as raki, ouzo, local wine, and Greek beers. Drinks are generally served with a complimentary light snack, while larger meze plates are available for purchase. Live rebetiko music (kind of like Greek blues) a couple of nights a week, especially in summer. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Open daily for tastings and food pairings from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Closer into the village, Moraitis has also opened a new wine bar, Moraitis Vinothéque, open daily from 6:30 p.m. until late.
