The beautiful gardens and magnificent riverside location are just a few of the perks of staying at Anantara Riverside hotel.

Anantara Riverside – Beautiful and luxurious resort on the Chao Phraya riverfront.

Opulent tropical-island style resort with a beautiful setting on the banks of the Chao Phraya river. The Thai-inspired rooms and suites are elegant, spacious, and modern, with balconies and marble bathrooms, and most offering river views. Set within eleven acres of lush tropical gardens, the resort features a large outdoor pool with jacuzzi, eleven world-class restaurants and bars, a huge spa and fitness center, and live Thai performances every evening. The large Asiatique mall is across the river and the hotel offers a complimentary boat shuttle to the nearest sky train station and downtown.

How to Get There: From Suvarnabhumi Airport, take the Airport Link to Phaya Thai station, change to the sky train to Siam, and change again to the one going to Saphan Taksin, before taking the complimentary boat shuttle to the hotel. Taxis take about 45 minutes (40 km) from the airport.
Handy to: Riverside Plaza mall, Asiatique The Riverfront mall, Wat Bukkalo.

Anantara Riverside – Local Transport

Walking: The hotel is located on the busy Charoen Nakhorn road, with a good selection of local restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops within walking distance.
Metro and Bus: The nearest sky train station is Saphan Taksin, about 15 minutes by the complimentary boat shuttle. There are bus stops on the main road. It’s easy to take a bus in Bangkok if you know the route and stop, but the conductors and drivers don’t speak English.
Taxis: Metered taxis are available in plenty, and the hotel staff will easily call one; or use the Grab taxi app. Tuk tuks also dot the street right outside the hotel, but they do not have meters, so bargain hard. Motorcycle taxis are available at every corner, but again, bargain hard.
